Had a visitor today

Post by Mal » Sat Feb 20, 2010 8:08 am

I had another owner call in today. He imported his Tiger around the same time as I imported mine. Had a nice afternoon taking the cars for a drive and a bit of tinkering. He has rebuilt his suspension and the difference between mine is quite noticeable. Anyway I took a pic of the cars in my drive, so I thought I would share.

Hi Mal,

Great picture. It's always good talking Tiger with other enthusiasts. Is the other owner still in the process of finishing their car (judging by the missing headlight rims)?

Regards, Robin.

Robin.
He has been working on the car. The body of the car looks good and straight. He has been touring around the south island with some of his car mates and the head light trim's fell off. He found one and managed to get another off an enthusiast in Christchurch.
It is good to talk to another tiger owner and compare notes. My tiger is the only one in my neck of the woods.
Cheers Mal.

Paul.
Thats the only pic Ihave I'm afraid. A good body shop should have no trouble though. He said his temp never goes over 175 deg, no electric fan.
