usually end of June in bonny Scotland, have never been and would like to go next year. Anybody been, or recommend a hotel to stay in. I hear it's a popular event so I suspect booking of accomodation is advised - hence the early post.

Or indeed, perhaps organise a
"group" meeting of Tigers if sufficient interest

Tony, Moffat is a 2 day show, Saturday is a run out and Sunday is the show. I go up on the Sunday, 73 miles 1hr 10/20mins. So you could stay in Lakes!

and explore on the Saturady if you didnt want to do the run out around Moffat.

Tony. That's a great spread of some stunning Tigers. The white MK II - FKV 357D is 'PP1' the first pre-production MKII - actually a MK IA adapted by Jensen. Its rarely seen at Tiger events - sadly the owner isn't a Club member. Did you get a shot of HBR alongside it?
It would be good to get all the UK 'PP' cars together sometime for a photo shoot....as we did for the 4 private sale RHD MKII's at Brooklands in 2010.

Sadly I didn't get HBR with the PP1 MK2 Tiger, but I did get the 'specialist' sampling the local brew;
Now was it Andrew Davenall who said that the STOC was a drinking club with a driving habit!!

Thanks for posting all the nice pic's Tony.
I see the specialist is having trouble with a straw which was not mandrel bent, therefore restricting the flow of that energy drink and making him sag to his right . I am sure he will resolve the situation before the next pint of that energy drink turns up.

The very rare MK 1A.5
