I can point out my mistakes, just don't khow how bad it is. Long time ford guy 1rst. tiger. I built my tiger fasback /roadster for open track events specificly to beat on my brother 66 350 shelby track car. Been driving eight months (6 tracke events and two auto cross) 5000 rode miles on Kumo tires 195/50/15 front 205/50/15 back. with track use I am know ready to put a new set of tires... I saw last night while switching brake pads from track pads to street pads on my new 12in wilwoods that my tie rod ends were upside down. thats nuts down. I called my tiger friend and he said my spindle brakets were reversed. How bad is this??? I have perfect tire wear. and good straight tracking. new tires and alignment next week. I am thinking I should fix this.

I'm still waiting delivery of my Tiger, but every TRE i have seen on other classics has been with the nut at the bottom. The steering arms are usually tapered & the TRE will only fit one way. Sounds to me like yours are OK.

If the tracking and alignment is okay, why worry?

The track rod end nuts are on top with the spindle brackets in their original locations.

See pictures 26 and 29 for the Wilwood brake installation here:
