Looks like the poor old girl is in need of some TLC. Do you know if the missing parts are all there? Unusual modification for the voltage stabiliser and the Karmann Ghia looks like a good fins as well.

Most of the missing parts are there but still searching for the airfilter, bumpers - the screen + frame + small chrome things where found .
The car has the typical rust - outer sills + wings bottom corners - the floors and doors are solid as well the x frame.
Delivery to UK is possible.

Weird, HWJ 961C - new to the world of surviving Tigers. Add one more to the living beasts.

I can underline Norman's post. The Tiger does have an HROFE entry in the 'Jensen Ledgers' but it must have left for Germany over 25 years ago as there is no data in STOC Register. Also the registration number was returned to the DVLA.
The registration number might be on the DVLA 'for sale' list!
Good to change status note in STOC Register from 'non-survivor' to 'survivor'.... just!
