This week's issue has a 3 page article on the Tiger that was for sale at Eclectic recently. apparently it has now been sold.

Not bad, quite a few errors though, I think they got confused between mark 2 Tigers and the Ken Miles prototype. Also the first half is more about the actual car which has a 289 engine not a 260 so makes strange reading.

It's not worth the scanning time. Just another 'pot boiler' of the 'stuff in a V8' variety I'd hoped had been left behind by the written media.
Neither is it a 'road test' as claimed but simply a description of how the writer put his foot in it. Just an error splattered promo for the selling dealer.

Joking apart, not bought the Classic Car Weekly for a long time, and it's actually quite a good allround read.
